It's our privilege to join you on your healing journey...
People come to counseling for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relational challenges, and life transitions. Many also carry a critical inner voice or a long-held belief of not being “good enough.”
If you are longing for hope, healing, freedom, and healthier relationships, counseling can be a meaningful step forward.
Our work is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are emotionally and tailoring care to each individual’s needs. Together, we begin by exploring what brings you to counseling and work toward a clearer understanding of what well-being looks like for you.
In addition, we are trained in EMDR and utilize this evidence-based approach, when appropriate, to help clients process distressing experiences and move toward healing.
We invite you to contact us to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about our counselors and determine if we may be a good fit.
To support financial accessibility, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments and can provide a Superbill (detailed receipt) upon request for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. We do not take insurance.
